Cancel subscription

Mailmeteor offers monthly and yearly subscriptions, which renew automatically at the end of the subscription period.

To cancel your subscription and avoid future payments, follow these simple steps:

1. ​Open a Google Spreadsheet​

2. In the "Add-ons" menu, click on "Mailmeteor" > "My Account"

3. A pop-in will appear with your account details. In the "Subscription" section, just click on "Cancel".

From there, we will ask you for a few details on why you want to leave us. Then your subscription will be automatically cancelled.
