Schedule emails
Schedule your emails campaigns from Gmail in advance.
You can schedule emails in Mailmeteor to send emails at a later time. Scheduled emails may be sent gradually after the scheduled time.
Scheduling is a Premium feature.
Open Mailmeteor as usual. Next to "Send emails" primary button, in the right corner, click on the caret to see more options. Select "Schedule send" in the list and will access the scheduling configuration panel:

Select the date and time which need to be in the future. Whenever you are ready, click on "Schedule send" to confirm scheduling the campaign.
With the scheduling, you can plan when to send emails. It could be in a few minutes up to 90 days from now.
Scheduled emails are sent gradually from the scheduled time. Depending on the size of your contact list, the sending may take from a few minutes to one hour. This helps to prevent your emails from falling into spam and secure your account.
Important: Your emails will be sent based on the timezone you schedule them in.
To have an overview of the emails scheduled, follow these steps:

- 2.Access the "Scheduled campaigns", you'll see all the campaigns scheduled, as well as those already sent.
By clicking on the spreadsheet link, you can easily access more details about who has opened your email and/or clicked a link on that campaign.
To cancel a scheduled campaign, follow these steps:

- 3.Select the campaign you want to cancel then click on the "..." icon
- 4.In the dropdown, click on "Cancel campaign"

Alternatively, you can cancel a campaign from Google Sheets:
- 1.Open the Google Sheets you have used to mail merge.
- 2.Now click on "Add-ons" > "Mailmeteor" > "Tracking report"
- 3.In the tracking report, click on "Stop sending"
