How to log emails in your CRM that you send with Mailmeteor

To log emails sent with Mailmeteor, you will need to find your unique BCC address provided by your CRM. You will put this address as a BCC recipient when sending emails from Mailmeteor.
Mailmeteor supports all CRM allowing the use of a BCC address to log conversations, for example: Hubspot, Salesforce, Copper CRM and more.

Using Hubspot with Mailmeteor

You can use the HubSpot BCC address to log emails sent from Mailmeteor in your CRM. Emails that are logged to HubSpot using the BCC address will include the email content and any attachments included in the email.

    In your Google Sheets, add a column "bcc" for BCC recipients

    Add the Hubspot BCC address to the column "bcc"
Using Salesforce with Mailmeteor
Salesforce offers a feature called Email to Salesforce to automatically relate those emails to your Salesforce leads, contacts, opportunities, and other specific Salesforce records.

    Find your user name at the upper right corner of the window and select the drop down bar.. From there, click Setup > My Settings.

    Now, select the Email tab and My Email to Salesforce.

    On this page, you will see the BCC address
  4. 4.
    Now, go to Google Sheets, add a column "bcc" for BCC recipients
  5. 5.
    Add the Salesforce BCC address to the column "bcc"
Using Copper CRM with Mailmeteor
You can sync your emails to Copper CRM by including the email address provided by Copper in the BCC line of any email you want to sync.

    Navigate to Settings > Personal Preferences > Email Settings & Templates.
  2. 2.
    Select the Preferences tab the top, and scroll down to the Copper Mailbox section.
  3. 3.
    Copy the unique email address that is provided and paste it into the BCC section of your email.
  4. 4.
    Now, go to Google Sheets, add a column "bcc" for BCC recipients
  5. 5.
    Add the Copper BCC address to the column "bcc"
