How to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime. Just open the add-on and go to your account. Here's a full guide on how to cancel your subscription.

I'd like to update my credit card details

To manage your billing method, follow these steps:

  1. Open a Google Spreadsheet, then click on "Add-ons" > "Mailmeteor" > "My account"

  2. In your account, click on "Update payment method"

You'll then be redirected to a secure page to update your payment method.

If you don't see the option to update your payment method, please contact us.

I'm looking for my invoices

All the invoices associated with your account are accessible by following these steps:

  1. Open a Google Spreadsheet, then click on "Add-ons" > "Mailmeteor" > "My account"

  2. In your account, click on "Download invoices"

My subscription is activated on the wrong email address

No worries! Feel free to contact us and we will manually update your account.

Can I change my email address?

Most of the time, people asking for changing of email address have been flagged as spamming or considered misusing the platform. So we generally don't change an email address assigned to a subscription.
